Freelandia Policies and Approach
Affiliation and Accreditation
Freelandia is denominationally unaffiliated. The faculty, administration, and students are members of various denominational or independent churches. Our college and seminary serve those of Biblical faith who seek spiritual growth and fruitfulness in their lives and service to Jesus Christ.
Freelandia Institute is chartered by the state of Minnesota and registered as a foreign corporation under the state of Virginia. It is exempt from regulations of the Council of Higher Education for the state of Virginia as a religious institution. We believe in the separation of church and state. The 1,400-member Evangelical Church Alliance and hundreds of Bible-believing churches and pastors endorse our programs. Freelandia Bible College & Seminary does not have Secular Regional Accreditation.
Freelandia is a Christian college that has elected not to pursue secular education approval. Obtaining secular approval would force Freelandia to teach secular courses with secular guidelines.
Freelandia’s vision and focus is MINISTRY ONLY!
Freelandia believes that the local church should not be under secular guidelines. Therefore, a Christian college that trains pastors for local churches should NOT be under secular guidelines. Seeking secular accreditation has not been found in God’s will or God’s Word.

World Outreach
Our school has produced thousands of alumni who faithfully minister God’s Word around the world. Many of our students come from disadvantaged nations of the third world, where the Spirit of God is moving mightily. A substantial portion of the funds and faculty resources are now directed at answering the calls of those crying out to us for help. No other Bible college or seminary does so much for these brethren.
